I’m a student and I can't log in to SomeBuddy with the activation code – what should I do?

Please kindly follow the instructions below:

1. Go to somebuddy.help*.*
2. Start writing the name of your school and choose the school from the list.
3. Please enter your phone number or email address in the text box.
4. You will receive a one-time password through SMS or email. Enter it in the new text box.
5. When you log in for the first time, you will be asked for the activation code. You will receive the activation code from your school. Enter the activation code in the field.
6. The service is now ready to use! From now on, you will be able to login using your phone number or email and one-time passwords, no activation code is needed anymore.
